Build with us.
Teach with us.

Industry partners shape what students touch. Educational partners pick up what we've already built. Both make the Center stronger.

FOR INDUSTRY

Four ways professionals plug in.

Every program in the Center has a back door for working professionals. Some of these we’ve already done with partners like Aqua PA, Corbitt, and Blackbaud. We’re always looking for more.

01

Bring a real brief

Hand a problem to a student team — design, engineering, media, finance — and watch what they do with it. Briefs run a semester or longer.

02

Mentor a venture

Spend a few hours a month with one of our incubator team executives. Office hours, code reviews, pitch coaching — the kind of mentorship you wish you'd had at 17.

03

Host a site visit

Open your shop floor, studio, or research group to a class. Students see your craft up close; you see your future hires up close.

04

Judge a competition

Elevator pitches, stock-trading tournaments, design crits. We need real practitioners on every panel.

FOR EDUCATORS

What we’ve built, packaged for your school.

Mission-aligned schools have asked us, more than once, how to do what we do. We’re documenting and packaging it. Below is what’s available — or coming soon — to partner schools.

01

Program-in-a-box

Documented playbooks for the elevator pitch competition, the incubator team structure, the mastery & portfolio system. Adopt, adapt, run.

02

Codex App access

Our proprietary app for mastery, portfolios, micro-certifications, and academic distinctions. Available in pilot to mission-aligned partner schools.

03

Director consulting

Strategic and tactical consulting from Matthew DeFranza on standing up an innovation program inside an existing school's culture.
